What is the minimum order quantity?
Stock configurations start at 10 units. Branded OEM programs start at 50 units per model; enclosures and firmware beyond that are quoted per tooling plan.
What are the lead times?
Sample units ship in 5–7 working days. Standard production runs 15–25 days depending on quantity and connector mix; OEM programs with new tooling typically land in 90 days.
Which certifications apply to my market?
CE / TÜV / CB cover most of EMEA; UL and Energy Star for North America; CQC for China. Tell us the destination country and we confirm the exact scheme and remaining validity of each report.
Is the backend truly OCPP-standard?
Yes — OCPP 1.6J today, 2.0.1 shipping on request, with a conformance test report. We integrate with your existing CSMS or supply a private-label one; no proprietary protocol lock-in.
What does warranty and spare-parts support look like?
